NO, the price you see is the final price for the chosen destination
city.
1. Can I change/add/remove smth from the original flower arrangement?
Yes, please write your inquiry in the order form while choosing the
original bouquet. The administrator will contact you if we need
additional funds or otherwise.
2. Is the same day delivery possible?
Yes, if you order before 9 a.m. GTM time. In most cases, the same day
delivery is also possible after 9 a.m. GTM time. Please, contact us if
you need urgent(in 3-5 hours) delivery.
3. How does the bouquet really look like?
Large flower arrangements are shown on the pictures. The content of
each bouquet is written in the description and this is what your order
will contain whatever country you choose for the delivery. The bouquet
may look slightly different (even though all of our florist have the
specification and catalogues) As you may know, one and the same florist every
time arrange the same bouquet slightly in the different way.
4. What payment options you suggest?
Mostly credit card payments (we accept all of them) If you look for

5. What if I can't find the city in the list?
Choose NOT-IN-LIST option. If your destination city is a rural area,
hardly reachable due to some reasons the administrator will contact you
with the additional delivery fee request.
6. How does the delivery take place?
Your place the order and get notifications from us when your payment
is approved. We contact the recipient directly on phone you provide
and arrange the delivery time convenient for the recipient. WE arrange
the fresh flower arrangement and send the courier at the address. The
recipient gets the flowers and signs the paper. We inform you about the successful delivery.
If we have any problems with contacting the recipient we'll get back to
you with the additional info request.

8. Do you replace flowers in bouquets if there are no in stock?
Yes, but each time we contact you. If the replacement takes
place we automatically rise the order volume to compensate the
misfortune of the replacement. So, you get more flowers or flowers at
a higher price if we need to make any replacement. We DO NOT replace
ROSES.
9. Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes, to most countries. But to be perfectly sure please place your
order 2 days in advance. If we do not deliver on Sunday to the
chosen country we'll let you know and (if agreed) change the
deliver date to Saturday or Monday.
